For whom?
public sector, housing cooperatives and communities, social housing associations, entities creating higher education and science system, institutions of culture
What for?
adjusting multi-family residential buildings, public utility buildings and residential buildings to the needs of people with mobility or perception impairment

BGK together with financial intermediaries grant preferential loans for the removal of architectural barriers, which is intended to ensure that buildings are accessible to people with special needs, including people with disabilities, parents with children and the elderly.

Investments will ensure that people with permanent or temporary mobility or perception limitations can participate in social and public life through free access to goods and services.
Financing granted by BGK may be partially redeemed or combined with a subsidy from State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People (PFRON) funds.
